Loston was amazing! Great customer service. He helped me expeditiously as I came in and had a great and positive attitude! I was going to go to Take 5 Oil Change today, but changed my mind last minute. I’m glad I did, great and experience here.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tire thanks to Trevion. He was extremely patient and understanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service, but Trevion definitely does. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! Randall helped me so much! I made an appointment less than a hour before I was going to show up. I walked in was greeted warmly and Randall and the team immediately just in the help me with my tire(had a screw in it) needed it patched since I am a college student and new tires are expensive. He gave me a true honest quote and we weighed out different options cost effective, biggest bang for your buck. All the options and everything was explained in great detail. I ended up paying nothing and everything was handled with great care and in and out less than a hour! I definitely will be back! Thank you to all the guys that helped me today 2/25/26 yall are the best!

I absolutely love getting service at this location! The staff is always pleasant and resourceful. With tire maintenance and things being so expensive nowadays, I have ease knowing that my money is going to an establishment that cares and will give me 100% satisfactory service!
