I had an amazing experience at Mavis Discount Tire thanks to Tyrone! They replaced my brakes and rotors quickly and professionally, and the service was truly top-tier from start to finish. Tyrone made the whole process smooth, kept us informed, and showed genuine care — he even made my dad feel comfortable and confident about the work, which meant a lot to me. The service was speedy, the customer service was excellent, and the overall vibe was welcoming and trustworthy. This is officially my new go-to spot for car service. I generally do not leave reviews, but today's experience was so laughably bad I feel compelled. Came for an oil change around 2pm. Did not leave until close to 4pm, but I did not have an appointment and there were (limited) people ahead of me, no worries. WiFi did not work, but small matter. Tried to upsell me on brake rotors and pads for $700 which I declined, whether or not that is necessary I am unsure for now. That said, when I was checking out the guy checking me out said "hey I know you said you car 'is a shitbox' but I saved that quote for you in case you want to come back." The issue is I never said that, and while my car probably qualifies due to some paint damage, I'm fairly confident he was simply repeating what one of the mechanics said to him. Service was fast and kind! We came in on our spare tire and Tyrone quickly helped us determine if our flat tire was salvageable or needed to be replaced. He was upfront about wait times and worked with us to determine the best plan of action and price for our needs. Definitely recommend!

Che was the best! Multiple people have been looking looking for the keys in my car for the past 7 months. Nobody could find it, but Che took time out of her day and did a great act of kindness and found my keys! They also did a great job patching up my tire for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. My truck’s battery died while I was driving it— luckily I was close enough to coast to Mavis Cheshire Bridge. I had no idea what was wrong with the car. Che contacted me and told me that it was the battery. She was INCREDIBLE!!! She was kind, efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I was worried about taking my Audi to Mavis rather than the dealer, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Che went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I am I over the moon grateful!!
