Excellent service! I had a rental with a nail in my tire and one of the other tires had another defect. I had traveled from Philadelphia to SC and needed to get back asap safely. These guys got in contact with Avis, had them pay for two new tires for me and had me back on the road in no time. Great customer service, excellent and clear communication. 10/10, would recommend to anyone in the Beaufort area :)

As an “out-of-town lady” from Durham, NC (11/19/25 visit), I found myself at this location while transporting my USMC father from Charleston, SC (VA Hospital) home to Bluffton, SC. I was already doing my best to hold everything together when my car suddenly flashed a “low tire pressure” warning. :( From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable, respected, and completely at ease. They were honest, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly—without any pressure or upselling. I was LITERALLY 99.99% sure that walking into any random tire business meant I was about to be told I needed all new tires (since I knew that time was approaching based on my last oil change). Instead, they reassured me that my current tires were safe to get my dad back to Bluffton and me

I had an outstanding experience at the NTB in Beaufort, thanks to Tim and Haven! I called in to make an appointment and order tires - they came in the next day and I was scheduled for an appointment that afternoon. I worked with Haven to order the tires and set up the appointment - she was amazing - friendly, helpful and made a great recommendation on an excellent Goodyear tire to fit my budget. From the moment I walked in, Tim provided exceptional customer service. He got my car in the shop right away and took the time to thoroughly explain everything they were going to do. After the service, he reviewed the installation and alignment giving me complete confidence for my upcoming Christmas road trip.
