Mavis Tires & Brakes

I stopped by Mavis because I discovered a nail and a screw in my tire. Little did I know, I also had an alignment issue. Trey was extremely courteous, informative, and took excellent care of me from start to finish. I was able to get my tires ordered and they arrived next day. He showed me the damage to my tire, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely taken care of before getting back on the road. I truly appreciate the great service and professionalism! Highly recommend.

I love this Mavis store! I come here for all my new tires and any needed tire repairs. Tyler and Johnny are always awesome and represent what Mavis Tire is all about! I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so in the future! Highly recommended!!!

Matthew Lowery made my visit so very nice and pleasant and his staff was also very friendly and professional. They took out the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood and they broke things down step by step for me. My wait time was very pleasant as well. This is why I will always continue to be a repeat customer with Mavis Discount Tires.

Scam! They advertised a price match guarantee BUT failed to live up to this blatant false claim. I was ripped off buying an overpriced set of tires (not even a good brand) which while I waited in the waiting area I found the same exact product online at Walmart for much less. When I mentioned the price match that is clearly displayed on the wall and showed them the lower price they gave me excuses and refused to abide by their own policy. Their reasoning was that a discount was already applied, this goes to show how overpriced they are if a so-called discounted tire is still much more expensive than the same exact product being sold elsewhere. Lesson learned, I will never do business again with this company and suggest all others to steer clear.

Johnny was extremely courteous, informative, and took excellent care of me from start to finish. I am truly grateful for the professionalism and great service. I would hughly recommend them for any tire repairs or general maintenance.
