I had a great experience at the location on 10 NW 28th St in Boca Raton. I went in for an oil change and they also inspected my car to make sure everything else was running properly, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, efficient, and thorough. The staff was friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain anything my car might need without being pushy. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Beware. Never go to Mavis in Boca Raton on NW 28th Street. This location operates like a classic bait-and-switch. They tell you parts on your car do not need replacing and then get further into the repair and decide they told you the wrong information and that you do and then you're stuck with them. I dealt with the manager yesterday who told me he had been there for 13 years — today he is suddenly no longer with the company. Now I’m dealing with a different manager who has no idea what was discussed because nothing was documented in the system. On top of that, they completely wasted my time. I was told the job would take 1½ hours, then another 2 hours, then 45 more minutes. It ended up taking over 6 hours. I can't say enough good things about the quality of service at the Boca Raton Mavis Tires shop. Ainsley and Steven were great. I was a walk-in with no appointment, and I was in and out in 45 minutes to include the repair to my tire. Excellent overall experience. Thank you!

I picked up a piece of shrapnel in my brand new $500 tires. I took it to the shop. The manager, Ainsley, not only caned my distress but was able to complete my unscheduled repair quickly and efficiently. Great experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop for all your tire needs!

I had a great experience at this tire repair shop. The prices for the tires were very reasonable, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The team did a solid job, and I’m very happy with the work they performed. For reference, I brought in my 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy, and they took care of it perfectly. Highly recommend!
