Mavis Tires & Brakes

First, I would like to thank Justin Jensen and Jade. They both assisted me with a nail in my tire that I had for quite some time. I previously went to Hyundai and Jiffy Lube, and they both told me everything was fine. The whole time, there was actually a nail in the front driver’s side tire. Justin took care of me and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. Jade was also very kind, and they both did an excellent job today. I truly appreciate their help and can’t thank them enough!

My experience started off well enough. My truck was fixed for a little over $1300.00 and I drove away feeling like all was well. Much to my surprise, after driving about a mile down the road, I discovered that my hood wasn’t closed. I let it pass and figured a simple oversight. Boy was I wrong! A few weeks later and my truck was right back doing the same thing it had been doing before I brought it in. No worries I thought. They will surely take care of it. I dropped the truck off Saturday morning and never heard a word. Called them Sunday and nothing had been done. Was told I’d get a call but again, nothing. Such a great experience! I got a flat tire from a nail and called the store around 5:20. Even though I arrived just before their 6pm closing time, Ryan and Moses took care of me immediately and offered a great deal. I highly recommend this place.
