Mavis Tire was able to replace stripped lug nuts and install 4 tires for me when another body shop was not able to. They worked me in quickly and had it completed in no time. Their customer service was friendly and extraordinary. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire services.

I previously left a positive review for this Mavis Tires & Brakes location immediately after my visit. Unfortunately, I had to edit that review after realizing later that the service I paid for was not actually completed. I brought my own tire to be installed on the rear driver side and paid specifically for the tire to be balanced. After the transaction was completed and I had already paid, I noticed that there were no balancing weights on the wheel, indicating the balancing service was never performed. Because I only discovered this after leaving and after payment, I was forced to return to the shop, which disrupted my schedule and delayed other planned services, including an alignment I had scheduled for the following day. Very fast work, friendly people. Got the brakes pad change here for my Ram truck 2022 all 4! Fast pase! They fixed the issue fast!

Downloaded the brake special coupon and made an appt for brake service at a 10. Came in and was told mechanic wouldn't be back till between 12 to 1 and that I would have to wait till he was back. Had to return to work by 1 so was unable to get brakes done at my set appointment. Was able to visit another local business immediately after leaving and was able to get them done within an hour. Was going to give this place a chance but unfortunately first impression not good at all. Definitely won't be back or recommend.
