Mavis Tires & Brakes

The BEST customer service around!!!! My brakes started making a grinding sound 4 days ago. I called last minute before leaving out of town, just to get a quote on brakes & rotors, not expecting them to be able to get to it so quickly. Chance answered my first call & assessed my needs, along with checking to see if the parts were in stock. I explained that I live 45 min away but would need to contact my husband before scheduling service. As soon as I spoke to my husband, I called right back, receiving the same great phone customer service to schedule an appt asap! Upon arrival at my scheduled time, Sherrie greeted us and explained the process. Which by the way, the inside is immaculately clean, including the ladies restroom. We walked down to McDonalds to get lunch while we waited. Chanc

AMAZING STORE 👏🏻 Micheal my tech was great took care of everything I needed, Wesley & Micheal installed my tires prior to this visit for my oil change, James did a amazing job at fixing a smaller issue I had. Very Fast, Very friendly. Mrs.Sherri at the front was very friendly & welcoming, store was clean. 10/10 recommend & prices are very nice. Go check them out 🙂

Had to get my car towed in Corsicana due to the skid plate almost falling off on the highway. Everyone was super nice and kind upon arriving and they promptly took care of us. They could’ve charged probably whatever they wanted to temporarily fix the skid plate, but ended up charging us nothing! There are kind and generous people living among us still! Thank you Mavis Tire. We were safely able to get to our destination and back because of y’all!

Trailer got a flat these guys had me up and on the road quick! It was great! Micheal did a great job (give him a raise). Very professional.
