Mavis Tires & Brakes

The Hamilton Mill/Dacula location is super nice and honest. I took my car in for a tire repair and instead of charging me for something that wasn’t necessary. They made sure I knew the tire was not punctured and did not need a repair. This was the second time that they have been honest about me not needing service that I thought I did. Way to go for being a good group of people.

I came to put air in my tires before going out of town and the nicest employees offered to fill up my tires with air for me. Thankfully they realized I had a nail! Gary got my tire patched up and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. It was a great experience. Thanks!

I called previous regarding a alignment and the gentleman I spoke with immediately advised me to make a appointment. So when I called back my Gods grace I got Steve, thank goodness for Steve!!! Steve is very professional, courteous and even advised me that I could actually come in right away instead of making an appointment. I came right away and was greeted by Steve which was definitely a pleasure. If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would. Again great job and customer service Steve!!!

Fast intake, clear communication, and a transparent breakdown of repairs. They identified rear brakes as the immediate safety concern and explained additional suspension issues without pressure. I chose to complete the brakes only, and they respected that decision. Professional and straightforward service.
