Fantastic service!! My husband has used this location for all his car needs and has been trying to convince me to use them for my car. Well! I am glad I listened to him for once lol! They did awesome. Felicia upfront was welcoming and informative since the second I walked through the doors. She explained my different options and answered all my questions. Can't beat friendly, fast, great service. I will be able returning customer!

They provided an amazing experience. They were incredibly helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The service was efficient and effective. 10/10 service. Kelli and Felicia are AMAZING!!! Would highly recommend. EDIT: The repair turned out to be much involved than originally anticipated. The manager, Brandon, handled it with the least amount of issue possible. He worked with us, the corporate team for our rental service, juggled other customers, kept his cool and provided above and beyond service. This may be the best Mavis in the southeast. Definitely the best in Alabama. 20/10. Would highly recommend you go out of your way to patronize.

Can’t recommend enough! I went in for two tire repairs - they were extremely quick, friendly and very knowledgeable. Great prices! I had several issues with my car I was unaware of and thanks to them I’ll have those taken care of. They gave me a diagnostics and quote right away. They are very trust worthy and I will be back for any other vehicle issues. It’s hard to find a good place like this especially when it comes to vehicle troubles! Thank you guys so much! You are life savers. Shoutout to the manager and the employees - you are superstars!

Felicia made my day with her great customer service! from the time my husband and I spoke with her on the phone to the time we made it to the shop. This was our first time at this location but will not be the last due to the excellent and efficient work. Felicia you keep up the good work!!
