Absolutely outstanding experience at Mavis Tire. We came in with an issue we thought was a tire leak, and Bill and his team took the time to properly diagnose it. Instead of guessing or just selling us something we didn’t need, they identified the real issue…a cracked rim. What impressed me most was how they handled it. They swapped the spare onto the vehicle, moved the cracked rim to the spare location, and made sure everything was safe and squared away. No pressure. No upsell. Just honest, professional service. Bill runs a tight operation, and you can tell his team cares about doing things the right way. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They refused to rotate my tires. Because of some silly coporate policy. To try to get people to buy more tires when not needed. . It use to be the standard in automotive industry to put the best tires on the front . Because if the tires in the front go bad or flat while driving you lose control of vehicle. But if the the rear tires go bad you still have control of vehicle on highway to safely pull over. Non of my tires have bubbles or belts showing. I myself have worked in tire shops and and audi dealership I wasn’t asking them to do anything unsafe or unreasonable. But this paticular shop wanted to use my tires that had bad wear on it and an excuse ,To refuse to rotate my tires. Under the false pretense that it wasn’t safe. I also find the workers to be lazy. Giovanni came through for me in my time of need. I ran over a screw and he made sure it was repaired a half hour before closing. Awesome!

I call the phone number to find how much it would cost to put 2 news tires on my Toyota over the phone they offer me a good deal the guy was super nice and made an appointment for me. Once I got there the day and at the time of my appointment the guy from the front desk offer me a complete different price way higher!!! I told him I talk to someone over the phone and he said the ticket was already created and he already gives me a price with the brand of the tires and everything… the guy in the front desk said people in costumer service over the phone always give the wrong price ! So guess what I call to save time and have everything ready and anyways I went and lost my time and my gas because they tell u something over the phone and something else at the store !
