Don't go on a weekend unless you know there is a Manager there. They forgot to ask if I wanted the Roadside warranty...was not the most friendly...but they were efficient- got 4 new tires in under an hour. Could not do alignment due to machine broken. They did put one tire on backwards (date on the inside)...drives my OCD nuts.

Super great place! Work is always timely and efficient and the staff ensures you're well taken care of! Highly recommend!! Went in for a valve stem. In and out in less than 10 minutes! Will definitely utilize them again!

I have carried my cars there several different times and was treated with respect each time. The prices are very reasonable and the staff and manager work very hard to make sure the job is done right and within a reasonable time frame. I wont take my cars anywhere else!!!

Fantastic Service at Mavis Tires & Brakes I brought in my 2018 Ford Focus for new tires, brakes, and an alignment, and the team at Mavis Tires & Brakes did an outstanding job. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. A special shout-out to Rodrick, who truly went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain every step of the process. His customer service made the whole experience stress-free and reassuring. YOOOOO!!! I just left this place and I gotta say "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" is NOT DEAD!!! It is ALIVE AND THRIVING in this place!!! They squeezed me in at a busy time because they didn't want me out on the road driving a car in unsafe condition!!!! When I walked in a service team member named ROD asked to take a look at my truck and he identified the problem IMMEDIATELY!!!!! The crazy part is my issue was not BREAK or TIRE related but he still wanted to do whatever he could to make sure my vehicle was safe for me and my family!!!! My ONLY disappointment in that I can only give 5 stars because that in no way shape or form equates to the HIGH LEVEL of customer service I received at Mavis Tire & Breaks!!!!
