Justin and Brandon were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I brought my 2007 Chevy Trail Blazer SS in For a brake Inspection due An Ungodly noise. Within no time, Justin Identified a few potential causes Just by glancing at it with the wheel off. Brandon then Was able to identify the same noise and fix the issue alongside Justin. They even found that my CV axle needed to be replaced on the passenger side where a mechanic shop two weeks prior completely missed. No hassle no upsell attempt whatsoever! 10/10 Have my trust and business!
I had a great experience with their service team. Everyone was friendly, and they did a thorough job from start to finish. They checked all the fluids, brakes, and tires, and even repaired a flat tire for me. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the professional attitude. Highly recommend!
Just stopped in to fix a nail in my tire. These guys were amazing. They fixed the tire very fast even though they were busy. I highly recommend coming for your tire needs. They were great.
Shawn & Brandon at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Moody in Flagler Beach, are "Best in Class". Shawn was ready when I arrived at 8 am. They took my care back and the oil change was quick and very reasonable. The best part of this review.... They went over and above when they found a crack on my car's frame (front craddle) and even though they didnt weld, they had a recommendation, and called them for me. They saved me from more serious damage to my car!!!! Very impressed with their customer service and overall experience.
Overall, it was a good experience at this Mavis Tires and Brakes. It did cost more than I was expecting or wanting to pay. Over $800 for two tires and the rear brakes. The following is my review. I needed new front tires on my vehicle. I was planning to go to a different service shop, but my GPS showed this place was closer. Decided to come here because I also needed new rear brakes. I'd never been to this location. With no appointment, I walked through the door around 8:45 am and explained what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to sell me high-end tires or quote me for premium brake pads. They seemed to want was best for me and not their bottom line.
