Mavis Tires & Brakes

I came in to get an oil change, it was very quick and simple. I called this morning to inquire about the service and they told me to come on in. The manager Jessie was extremely nice and helpful. Anthony was able to answer a few more questions I had about my break pads. The inside was very clean and nice! This is a place I would highly recommend!

Fast and super nice. I need a rotation on my car during lunch break it was finished. Added my vehicle in the system for future services and straightforward. I didn’t have to go back and forth to get something done

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Friday and cannot recommend them highly enough. I limped into their parking lot with a vehicle that was essentially dead in the water. I truly could not drive it any further and was honestly pretty stressed about what the day was going to turn into. Nick came out to my car, listened carefully as I explained what I thought might be happening, and immediately took the time to look at it with me. He very quickly identified the issue (broken radiator valve) and was incredibly respectful and easy to talk to. My car had a low tire, and Mavis was one of the few places still open. I explained what was going on to devin, who was handling customer service that night. He he was able to speak with me, take incoming calls, and real off pricing for different services from memory. I was impressed! Lol! Even though it was close to closing, they brought the car in check the tires and several other items and even did a much needed overdue oil change. Marq was very thorough and took the time to show me the problem. The other tires are a premium brand and expensive. It was a stretch to afford, and seeing my dilemma, Devin found an almost identical tire from a reputable brand with a more reasonable price tag . I will say right away that if this particular shop in the Mavis group is representative of how this company operates, everyone should be confident and comfortable knowing they are getting good service from genuine people who truly care. I have had an ongoing issue with the tire pressure with one of my tires. I have had several Mavis shops look at it to try and diagnose it. Every shop I have gone to, the staff have been very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, they couldn’t discover the issue and they ran all the tests they could on the tire in question. No leak or wheel issue was found. Even though they were still giving me a service, they never charged me for any time they spent trying to figure out the problem.
