I had an emergency flat tire on the way back down to Charlotte,North Carolina and this lovely shop took excellent care of me. The person who changed my tire even calmed me down when I couldn’t even hand over my car keys to him. He told me everything was OK and that I was there now and told me to go inside and rest for a bit. I was stunned that such a polite young gentleman still existed on a Sunday evening around closing time. Needed an oil change before a trip in a few days. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment but they were able to get me in. Because I bought my tires there a few months ago (very satisfied with them), they also rotated than after the oil change. The manager gave me a discount on the oil change as he felt I had waited too long. Given the fact that I didn’t have an appointment, he didn’t have to do that. I’ll continue to give Mavis in Henderson NC my business!

Hello! I visited this location to get an oil change. My daughter recommended it to me. The employee (William) that helped me was awesome! He was very professional and very relatable as well! I told him I was interested in purchasing some tires. He was extremely helpful on all fronts concerning the specs most people consider when purchasing tires. I will most definitely recommend Mavis to any one needing service done to their vehicle!
