Manger refused to stand behind his work... they mounted an balanced new tires an can't drive truck over 55 due to their balancing job... then i bring truck back an first the manger says im lying then i was missing something on my front end then told me we don't do dullies even though they just put them on..... watch out folks mangers here are dishonest.....

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options. I didn’t feel rushed or upsold. My car was ready on time and drives perfectly. Highly recommend this place for brakes , battery and service! Today I save over $500!!! I definitely coming back again!!!! Thanks so much !!!

I can’t thank the manager, Troy, enough for sticking with the problem with my tire until it was fully resolved. The tire was slowly losing PSI, and the cause was not immediately obvious. Turns out, the brand new set of Mavis Tires installed on my Escalade one week ago in Jacksonville, FL didn’t have enough bead seal applied in one area; causing the tire to slowly leak down.
