The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Leanna greeted me upon entrance and provided excellent service. I am a returning customer who was in great need of a tire due to an unexpected flat. I recommend this Mavis team to others.

Cici, in Jackson, MS, fit me in right away….just had my tires rotated in TX, but after air indicator light came on, only 3 of the 4 tires would fill. They’re checking things out now. Needed a new stem/pressure reader; I got the last one in stock!! They’re putting that on now!🥳🥳 Everyone has been polite, friendly and attentive! Great experience!!

My daughter recently stopped by this shop because she heard a slight screeching noise when braking and wanted help identifying the issue. She was told she needed all new brake pads and rotors and that there was a nail in one of her tires requiring replacement. The estimated cost was over $1,500. Because her vehicle only has 55,000 miles, we decided to get a second opinion at another reputable shop. We were told there was absolutely nothing wrong with her brakes, and there was no nail in her tire. For preventative maintenance, we simply had her tires rotated. I strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before approving major repairs. While I understand businesses need to make money, this experience left us feeling uneasy. Please do your research and make informed decisions.
