Mavis Tires & Brakes

I made an appointment to visit Mavis this morning to get my wheels balanced. Let me tell you, this company was amazing, the employees were very professional and explained every move they made on my vehicle. The employees went above and beyond to appease my every concern and did not charge me anything extra to the extra mile for me. I was very impressed with the customer service as well as the gentlemen working on the my car. They were amazing and I appreciate both of you guys. I would recommend these guys to anyone, especially if you are having issues with your vehicle and you are heading out of town, they had me in and out within the hours with 100 percent satisfaction. The guys here are truly awesome. I purchased new tires here a few months ago and was in and out quickly. I had to come back a couple of days ago due to a nail in my tire - they were super quick with patching it for me. My tire ended up needing to be rebalanced due to a little shaking and yet again - they were super quick & happy to help me. It’s a plus that they have a little mechanic cat named Sophie there! Never had a bad experience here and everyone is always friendly and willing to help. Truly an awesome group of employees. They all deserve a raise.

I had my oil changed and alignment done. I noticed I had a leak i assumed it was transmission fluid so I took it to my mechanic but it was my oil plug . Rubber peace was over tightened . Paid him to add oil and fix it . I went back to Mavis told them my problem.i had all paperwork and the truck was still pulling to the right . Without hesitation the assistant manager apologized and looked to see who did the work and.i am thinking it was a new guy. The assistant manager called his boss to know what the procedure was to fix my delima and he apologized gave me a full refund on oil change and realign my truck. I did not have any issues with them taking care of this mistake that could have happened to anyone I will definitely keep doing business with this location in Jesup ga

Staff was very friendly. Getting a fleet vehicle serviced and waiting area was clean and comfortable. Had to have a tire repair on my personal vehicle and Earl, Tracy, and Corey took care of me. Will definitely be back for future service.

I brought my BMW because my tire kept going flat and they actual had my tire in stock, which is rare in this town. The staff was polite and courteous and I was in and out in no time at all.
