DO NOT GET NEW TIRES FROM HERE! They DO NOT HONOR TIRE WARRANTIES. I got all 4 BRAND NEW TIRES replaced LESS than 6 months ago. Roughly a month ago, I noticed that my front R tire was dangerously low (with the tire pressure light on) even after putting air into the tire repeatedly. As such, I went to the location for help. The SECOND time that I went they acknowledged that there was a slow leak in the front R tire, however they patched it (without any prior approval or informing me first). I thought all was well, but LESS than 4 weeks later, the tire pressure light was on AGAIN and the front and back R tires were low. Found them online for tire change selected tires and got estimate with an appointment for 11am. Got there and was told all they have in their system is tire check and they have jobs on hand so I have like an hour or two wait so better to drop off and come back! Didn't plan for drop off. I think the system is crappy. The associate told me their appointment doesn't guarantee a slot. It just means they know you're coming. I shifted plans to be there at the time I was given for the appointment!!! Not good enough for me.

It was a great experience. And the Manager Dominic was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I had a limited budget but he was able to help get me the repairs I needed today. I came in for one tire and the deal was so good that I left with four. I'll be coming here from now on. Its simple.

Outstanding service at Mavis Tires! I came in at the end of the day with a flat tire, fully expecting delays, but Jamey and Howard went above and beyond to take care of my situation quickly and professionally. The turnaround was fast, the communication was clear, and the customer service was genuinely excellent. They made what could’ve been a stressful problem feel easy and handled. Truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help — highly recommend this location and team!
