I came in without notice zero notice and Kimberly took care of me right away! She met me at the door with a smile and shook my hand, and was incredibly friendly and personable the entire time. I’ve never been here before and prefer using dealerships, but not anymore! Here she is explaining to another customer how they plan to fix that person’s vehicle. Since she’s an assistant manager, I could tell that the other employees emulated her behavior in their interactions with me.

The manager, Rick Owens, listened to our concerns and worked hard to correct the problem. Rick did several things on our vehicle to be sure nothing was being overlooked. Ms. Kimberly was extremely helpful and efficient with assistance me today. I had an unexpected auto issue and was not sure what all I needed to do but these amazing leaders and their team not only helped me but went above and beyond.
