Nice experience. Came in for a tire repair and Zach provided several options and was able to arrange replacement on day of by being persistent to find the same tire elsewhere and delivered. He also was able to give me a great price on some long awaited shock replacements I had be putting off. A price I couldn’t refuse .

Great service by Zach and the rest of the team. Unfortunately, my tire couldn't be repaired however, they had the tire in stock and I didn't have to wait all day like most other places. They checked all the air in my tires and made sure it drove smooth. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes. Awesome job guys! You made my day! 😄

Zach was great! I went in to have them look at the sensors on my tires and Zach and his team were immediately able to get those looked at. He explained everything, was professional and very nice! I usually go to discount tires but this was closer… will be going here from now on though because of the customer service and speed they were able to assist me. Appreciate the help!

I never think about oil changes until my car tells me, yes I know that's horrible but it's true. I made my appointment on-line. Jameson called me shortly after to confirm my appointment and verify what I needed. I was in and out within an hour! Oil change, tires rotated, filters change, brake & power steering flush. Zach helped check me out and answered my questions about when should I get my brakes replaced or even a tune up. Again, those are not things I think about. I have been a customer of the US-378 store since they opened and I wont go anywhere else. I hate being sold things I dont need. Everyone i have ever met there have been professional and understanding. I am thankful for Jameson and Zach today because they showed me where my brake pads were and that I still had life

I had the nicest experience getting my tires switched out today. They were able to explain why my tire could not be patched and that I would need a new set. They went through all the options. Zach was great at helping me!
