The waiting area is spacious, clean, and every receptionist is personable. I made an appointment for an alignment, was able to call to confirm it without having to talk to an answering machine, and all of the employees were very transparent with the price! I even came a little early to my appointment and it wasn’t any issue for them to get my car attended for. :^D and with that $35 off, the deal can’t be beat.
I came in today and got an AMAZING deal on all four of my tires!!!!! 🙌🏽🔥 she was very knowledgeable and was about to help and give advice !!!!! Huge shoutout to Ms. K — she really looked out for me and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish!!! 💯👏🏽 If y’all need tires, go see her ASAP!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!! 🚗
As a female, it’s rare that your walk into a shop for service and not leave feeling exploited and defeated. Gerald was great at explaining exactly what services were needed to fix some issues that I had with my vehicle with no pressure. I was given an estimate with several different payment options as the cost was more than I had budgeted. Service was quick, and my car is almost as good as new!
Ms. K was wonderful. I knew I needed 4 tired but could only afford 2 at the time. She help me set up a flex account with Mavis and I was able to get 4 tires , brakes and alignment. Thanks Ms K
