We're traveling and husband wanted the tires rotated before we headed out for the 16+ hour drive home. At noon I made an appointment online for the same day at 1pm. Husband didn't have to wait at all when he got there, they got him right in and they didn't even charge for the tire rotation.

Called up Mavis Tire & Brakes in Marshall and talked to Carly—she was super nice and helpful over the phone, got me in right away. Went up there to get a leaking valve stem fixed and they took care of it fast. Everyone was friendly and the service was great. In and out quicker than I expected! Definitely appreciate the good customer service—I’ll be back next time I need anything done with my tires.

So thankful they were open on a Sunday! Picked up a nail and They patched my tire fast and flawlessly. Will definitely come back when time for more tires!

Stopped by as a tire I previously had patched started leaking air out more and more as the weeks went by, and they quickly assessed the tire and rolled it into the bay within minutes, even without an appointment. Turns out there was another nail that had punctured it since! They quickly patched that up and had it out within 20 minutes. Great customer service and experience, and definitely coming back for any repairs or maintenance I need!
