Had a really good experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. Micala helped me out and she was great. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and not just getting people in and out. Really appreciate the service — I’ll definitely be coming back.

Micala, Sarah, Derrick, and Dexter delivered the most outstanding service I’ve ever received not only at a tire place, but in the entire customer service experience I’ve ever received since I moved to ATL 9 years ago. Derrick was incredible! I went to another tire place previously and they put so much air in my tires that they could have blown. Derrick assessed the situation, got my tires to the proper inflation and calmed my nerves. I’m so grateful for the wonderful service he provided and will be sure to only come here for all my tire needs. Thank you again for making such a scary moment have a peaceful ending.

I would 100% recommend bringing your car to this shop. They’re transparent about pricing and do their best with giving an estimate about the amount of time it will take to repair your vehicle. I’ve brought two vehicles over the last couple years and I’ve never had any issues or had to bring them back. Good customer service goes a long way and that’s what they give you.

Dexter took me in 30min before they closed to Mount and balance my tires. David the tire tech specialist jump on getting the job done ss well. Even with unruly people in the parking lot he never dropped his professionalism. I will absolutely be coming to this Mavis Tire for all my tire needs!!! Thank you Dexter for a job well!
