I did drop off service for two leaky tires. Service was great and both tire issues were quickly identified and corrected by the knowledgeable staff. I have been using this location for a few years now since moving to the area and have never had a bad experience. Be patient and they will get your needs squared away and at a fair price. For the two tires this round due to the issues found there was actually no charge. I highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes in Moncks Corner!
I’ve been here NUMEROUS times for DIFFERENT things & let me tell you the guys here are absolutely wonderful! Knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable & always exceed my expectations! They GENUINELY care about you & don’t try to “upsell” you or diagnose “random repairs” that “may be needed” - which is common to find in this area! They are always upfront about wait times & coordinating pick up! I appreciate everyone here! If you’re looking for an honest tire shop, don’t look any further! You’ve found it!
I had a great experience at Mavis Tires. The staff was friendly, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They got me in quicker than expected, explained everything clearly, and had my car done in a reasonable amount of time. Prices were fair and the service was professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future tire and maintenance needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
Great customer service. I had went to 3 tire shops trying to get my rim mounted on my tires . No one wanted to touch it because it was a rear mount type tire. They told me it was No problem and did it quick i was in and out in 30 minutes those guys are great. Come see the mavis crew for all your needs. For now on i am bringing all my fleet trucks here for tires.
Carl was very professional and went above and beyond to help my mother with her vehicles needs. He was polite and provided excellent customer service. Her vehicle was ready in a timely fashion.
