I had a really good experience at Mavis Tires thanks to Dalton. I first arrived around 11 AM and he politely let me know they were booked up and asked if I could come back around 3 PM. When I returned, there were some disgruntled customers who thought I was cutting in line, but Dalton handled the situation professionally and explained that he had already spoken with me earlier in the day. He stayed calm, respectful, and made sure everything was handled fairly. I really appreciated how he stood by what he told me and didn’t let the situation turn negative. It’s great to see someone provide good customer service even when things get tense. Dalton did a great job and I’d definitely recommend this location because of the way he handled everything.

This Mavis location has always been my go to shop since it opened. They are honest, fast, and reasonable. This most recent service was no different. My car was in rough shape this time but they got it fixed in a very quick timeframe and were able to work with my budget and make a plan for future repairs. The customer service is top notch every time. Highly recommend.
