Coming to this place was a great decision. The person working in the front greeted me outside with a smile and was very welcoming. He made sure that I knew they were going to take care of me and my vehicle. When I found out that I needed to get a tire, he was very helpful with the pricing and knowledge about each tire! It didn’t take long to wait on the new tire. Everyone was efficient and helpful! I will return!

Awesome place to come if you need tires, brakes, or an oil change...got my oil changed and the employees were nice and the guy up front knew what he was doing. I appreciate the top notch service I received. I would recommend this place over and over again! Well Done guys!!!

I typically do not leave reviews, but I am at a loss after my experience with Mavis Tire. After trusting them with my vehicle, all four of my tires were incorrectly balanced despite clear size restrictions on their equipment. This resulted in significant additional expenses, forcing me to replace all four tires elsewhere. Both the store manager and service manager admitted the mistake and agreed with me, yet “Corporate” has refused to take responsibility. It has now been over two weeks with zero response from Corporate despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue. The lack of correspondence is unacceptable. Mavis continues to make money, while I am left out nearly $4,000 because of their negligence. I understand that people usually don’t take reviews into major consideration, but I

Would absolutely recommend to anyone! Tim, Sam, Kareem, and Charles took the best care of us! I was so panicked about a tire pressure light and pulled right in. They quickly eased all of my worries and throughly checked everything. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Great service! I had a timely walk-in check up, which led to me needing to swap out a tire with my own spare. I was notified of other potential concerns of my vehicle and was walked through each step of the repair process. There are great folks working at this establishment!
