He listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and handled all the issues with my car without any pressure or upselling. You can tell he actually cares about doing things the right way. She took the time to clearly explain the service my vehicle needed and made sure I understood all of my options. Big shouts out to G & Larry and the rest of the Mavis crew in the back who also played a big part in fixing my issue. Had a bad morning and my fiancé caught a flat on our anniversary and we had to miss out on money for a few hours. Can’t speak for anyone else, but they not only took care of my issue quick, efficient, and they were HONEST! They recommended the best solution and let me claim a few cool points to make sure my woman was happy.

Jasmine, I went in for a tire repair and surprisingly they covered the repair free of charge and not to forget the customer service skills was very professional. I'm a customer of over 3 years and they are always professional,fast and courteous because when I come in, it's usually an unexpected repair.They always work with me on digital coupons to help me save some money and overall,never try to upsell me,get me out quickly and everyone is very nice.I wish I knew everyone by name,but I don't. If you treat staff with respect? You get good service for being a decent person and down the road,it pays off to be respectful of people in the service industry.
