I love it here!! They are so attentive and professional. I came in because my brakes went out while I was driving to work and I was so frazzled and stressed! Scott was there and his calm & cool demeanor calmed me all the way down. Scott talked to me and explained things to me and reassured me “everything would be just fine” and they would “take care of me” and they did just that!! I ended up needing a lot more than expected (I dont know anything about cars but I knew it was in bad shape.) and I wasn’t sure how I was going to pay for it but Scott gave me several resources & a lot of encouragement to know it would get done & they would work with me. Mavis Tires and Brakes got the job done! I needed my spare tire put on, and they were very helpful in making sure everything was done properly. It was close to closing time, so I really appreciated them taking the time to assist me. Jeremy was very nice and made me feel welcome. The price was reasonable, and the work was done professionally. Great customer service overall!

manager Carl and his team got me back on the road quickly. Saved got two flats on passenger side on 394, although there are closer shops I knew from past experience a few years ago. Oak lawn was the best for me it was the same when Carl was at their Orland location. Very professional quick service and pricing was great.

Ray saved the day, I couldn't find the screw stuck in my tire, guess what, it was way more complicated than a simple screw. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes 5/5, will definitely be coming back for some new tires and an alignment this summer

My first time at Mavis in Oak Lawn, and it was a great experience. Jeremy and Ray truly went above and beyond. Their customer service, professionalism, and genuine care stood out from start to finish. Phenomenal service all around. I highly recommend this location.
