Mavis Tires & Brakes

Don’t bring your car to Mavis unless you want them to fail to put it back together. Went in for a simple oil change. The failure to put it back together correctly led to a piece under my car to be left hanging, when I heard a noise and looked under the car there’s my undercarriage broken, scratched, missing chunks. When my husband brought the car in to them, they did a half ass repair (screw) to barely hold it in place and told him they won’t be replacing the broken part on a 2024 car that went into Mavis in perfect condition. The useless ‘manager’ term used lightly as he didn’t do his job, refused to speak to my husband and had his assistant manager tell him to call corporate instead. Came into Mavis today without an appointment and they took me with a problem. They helped with my car and had me out of the shop in under an hour. The assistant manager up front was great. She along with the entire staff were polite and professional. I highly recommend and will be back.

had to get a tire replaced in this shop today morning..awesome location in Bayside lakes where customers can shop or eat at other stores while waiting for the vehicle being repaired or fixed in this auto shop.. building is neat and clean, good collection of tire brands, great customer service with nice and friendly employees.. well done guys!

Gavin and his team are super nice, very professional and courteous. They make you feel like family. Even in unexpected and distressing situations. I would gladly return and recommend them. They have gone above and beyond with courtesy drop off to my home. They are the best thank you guys. Also, great prices and rates.

I came in with a dead battery my sister had purchased less than two years before at a different location and Dahlya was great in dealing with getting it tested and replaced. The down side was that I had to take it to the neighboring Advance Auto to get it charged and certified that it was dead, then bring it back with the certification to the Mavis location, and then wait for them to get the replacement battery from the same Advance Auto store. They were good about it, so it wasn't too big a deal, but they should have a battery charger in an auto service store. Thanks again, Dahlya!
