Mavis Tires & Brakes

I went to Mavis Tires and Brakes for my rear brake pads and rotors to be changed. Alex was so much help and walked me through every step! They have very reasonable prices, super friendly, and professional. I highly recommend going here for any service!

When I arrived at the Mavis Tires and Brakes store, located at 310 Faith Rd, Salisbury, NC I was greeted by Sheila customer representative with warm greetings, very friendly. I explained to her what services I needed for me my car. She listened very patiently and she explained options and price costs and warranty. I felt very confident with Sheila’s options and advise that I cannot go wrong in having my car serviced at Mavis. I would recommend my Freind’s and family to bring their cars for service at Mavis. The owner is knowledgeable, even though they were behind and didn’t have enough bodies, they did the work anyways at a fair price there crew works clean and efficient will come back Bonus, nice sitting area in the back quiet

THIS LOCATION IS OUTSTANDING! I originally went to another location and purchased 2 tires on Thursday, 2/19/26. I had a really bad experience with the other location as after taking three hours to put on my tires and do a simple oil change, my car was bumping hard and driving like I had a flat tire when I left. I waited until the following week and called up to Mavis tire on Faith Road to see if they could check it and tell me why it was riding so roughly. The worker said of course, and told me to bring it in the next morning at 8 AM. When I arrived, he checked the car and figured out that the balancing had been done wrong by the other location and he immediately fixed it for me. When I had the tires put on the previous week, the work had taken so long I did not have time to get an alignme

The customer service is awesome and friendly. The pricing is great and the quality work is phenomenal. If you get a chance, please stop by this location. I can say I’ve brought multiple cars here and had no issues once I left. I posted Perfect
