John the manager is always friendly, fast and knowledgeable. came in for squeaky brakes, turns out I needed rotor replaced but still under there 1 year warranty and was handled so smoothly. Excellent work! Pete the mechanic knows his stuff. He will be honest and not try to unnecessarily upsell you, and knows his stuff James here today kept the pace of cars moving fast. Always consistent here. Honestly best mechanic for reliable work. From the service manager John who is quick and efficient at time, quotes and transparency. To Pete the mechanic who comes out and really explains issues in a very patient way for someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Chris the tech has been very helpful, he moves fast. I initially came in for an alignment, and later returned for other service . When I came back, they were very honest and explained that the mechanic qualified for that service was not available. Instead of letting just anyone do the job, they recommended another place. That level of honesty really gave me confidence and trust in their business. It’s refreshing to see a place that truly cares about safety and quality, unlike others where anyone will work on your car. Because of this, I decided to schedule another visit with them. Everyone was friendly from start to finish. Very reliable, honest, and professional service.

This is my first time at Mavis Tires and I could not be more pleased with the service from everyone. It’s clean and easy to get to.
