Monica at Mavis Tire was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and very informative about my tires. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without feeling pressured. Her customer service was top tier — friendly, professional, and efficient. Very bad experience. I booked an appointment to have four tires installed on my truck. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I arrived about 15 minutes early. I handed over the key fob, but they took more than three hours with my truck, even though I arrived on time and made sure there was only one other car ahead of me, and they were doing a different kind of service. I also mentioned that I wanted to keep two used tires they were going to remove, as they still had some tread life left, and I wanted to take them and use them as spares. However, when they removed them, they damaged the sidewalls, leaving grooves that rendered them unusable. I complained, but they didn't resolve anything. They showed no interest or professionalism in their work. I just hope I don't have any problem

I only came in for two tires!! Even though I needed 3!!! RAMON, didn’t let me leave with 2 tires!!! He made sure I got 3 tires!!! I had a slow leak….I had already purchased one tire, in NOVEMBER!!! With Ramon, he helped…talked me into 3 tires!!! I’ll forever be great full of the knowledge he provided me!!! Thank You!!! This was before he got me the correct tires

I called ahead informed them I had a stripped lug nut trying to get the nut off so I can replace tire and get my brakes done. They told me a price from $70-80 and said we will discuss tire prices. I told them right now I can only afford used tires they said we will see what we have and discuss when I come in. I went in was told cheapest tire was $180 I told them I can’t afford that right now can you just cut the lug so I can replace that and get a used tire somewhere else. I sat there over two hours for them to not be able to get lug off. Before I left I asked a mechanic whom was there if he knew anywhere I could go get that lug cut he looked at it and tried to see if he can do it. The female receptionist told him we not gone touch it just pull her car out. He said they should have the mat
