I had an outstanding experience at this location today. I came in with both a bolt and a nail in my tire and was concerned about the damage, but the team handled everything promptly and professionally. Johnnie Smith, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to ensure I was fully taken care of and that the repair was completed quickly and correctly. The level of customer service, honesty, and efficiency demonstrated by the entire staff truly exceeded my expectations. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of tire service. Exceptional service all around.

I was able to choose my tires and schedule the appointment online even though it was after their closing time, which was very convenient. John was courteous and helpful up front, prices were competitive, and my new Michelins ride like a dream.

We thought I needed a new tire due to TWO different items stuck in tread/sidewall area but the guys determined the sidewall was ok and they could patch the tread area. The best part - NO CHARGE! GREAT service!! I’ll be back for sure. Thanks Johnnie Smith!!

Came here to get 2 tires replaced, and they took a good chunk out of one of my wheels. Easily distinguishable from curb rash by the type of damage, that it was a machine. I was not informed nor compensated for any damages done.

Called to get new tires and was able to come in and have them put on within 2 hours of my initial call (I live about 30 minutes away). Clean waiting lobby to hangout with the kids while services were completed. Friendly and honest staff. Most competitive prices I’ve seen. If you need help, Mavis in Statesville should be the first place you stop! So glad to have my car back on the road with confidence!
