Great service! Everything was done efficiently and quickly. David was super helpful and professional. Highly recommend the place. Very clean shop and waiting area. Opening hours, include Saturday and Sunday(!) - very convenient. Will definitely be back!!!
I had a emergency situation with my tires and needed to get them replaced immediately. Kai got me in same day and right then. Kai and David showed me exactly what was the problem, and Kai offered a reasonable solution to my problem. I purchased 4 brand new tires. It did take a bit to finish the alignment and tires. But I was thankful they got me in and helped me out last minute. Very professional and courteous. They could use a TV or music in the waiting area, but it was very clean and smelled fresh. Thanks guys!
I visited Mavis Tires & Brakes in Stokesdale, NC today to have a flat tire repaired. When I arrived, all service bays were full and the team was clearly very busy. I was informed upfront that it would take approximately 30–45 minutes before they could begin working on my vehicle, which I appreciated. Despite the high volume of customers, my tire was repaired within about 45 minutes of my arrival. The staff was professional, courteous, and transparent throughout the entire process—from check-in to completion. I truly appreciate their efficiency and excellent customer service. Based on my experience today, I would confidently return for future tire or brake needs and highly recommend them to others
Absolutely top-notch service! The team was honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and got the job done faster than expected. Pricing was fair, communication was great, and my car runs perfectly. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this shop has earned my business for life. Highly recommend!
Great service and easy conversation with the front desk fellas, Rey and Dakota are very efficient workers had my 4 tires off and on in under 40 minutes,very welcoming business
