AVOID THIS SHOP!!! Came 2 days straight. Sat around for 5 hours the first day while a gentleman here was waiting 9am-5:30pm for a wheel bearing. After waiting 5 hours they told me they couldnt help me today. Come next day they just straight said they are busy and came up with any excuse they could to not serve me. They charge $165/hour thats more expensive than high end bmw and german shops! You can get a bmw service by professionals for cheaper! Do not waste a bunch of money on letting these clowns touch your car

Called Mavis and was told by Rebecca they dont plug tires, patch from inside only. Took tire assembly to them that i took off my wifes car. Young man that did repair put it in back of my truck. I came home and looked at tire. Plugged as you see in attached pic after i was told they DONT plug tires. Then i noticed white pen mark on tire at valve location as seen in pic. Tire was removed and then place exactly back on rim as removed. Original weights were still on back of wheel. Was charged for patched tire and balnce, neither which was done. $42.71. Got me once. Wont happen again. Called in and Anthony offered to balance tire. Seriously?

Rebecca was super helpful and informative when I needed to run a diagnostic on my car when it had a weird smell. Turns out I had an oil leak. Grateful to the staff for helping me figure out the issue!
