You won't find any better customer service than at this Mavis. Rodney and his team definitely go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable with what you are purchasing. Great price, fast service, and great communication, this is old school customer service! Ben (service manager) is super knowledgeable and will get you what you want or need and explain everything so you understand. No reason to go anywhere else, trust me! Been there 3 times over the past year, always the same experience, great job guys and thanks again!

Manager and fellow veteran Rodney is running the store with an injured leg, doing the work of 3 guys at the front desk during the busiest time of the day. Managing with the credit card machine offline, computers, phones, non-operational, one after the other. Troubleshooting, directing staff, assisting customers without appointments like myself, it was mad impressive-word up! It is my hope he is recognized for doing the big things to keep the doors open, but more importantly, the little things to reassure the customers. Excellent job-serious respect earned. Had a tire leaking and stopped by. Was given excellent customer service from the gentleman inside. He fixed my tire and was so kind. Very trustworthy and I will be returning with any of my car care needs. The world needs more people lioe the gentleman that assisted me. Thank you.

I sent my daughter to Mavis before she headed back to school because her tires were pretty worn. We got a pretty good deal on the tires and during the inspection the manager let her know she needed tire rod ends. My daughter said they were really friendly and the manager Rodney was very helpful. She was also happy she wasn't up there all day.
