Mavis Tires & Brakes

Had just purchased a 2002 Honda Accord and needed new tires immediately. However this particular model needed a special lug nut key to be able to change the tires. Of course the one that was in the car was bent and unusable. I tried everywhere in West Georgia and nobody was able to get the lug nut off. I forgot they had just built a new Mavis off of Liberty Road, so I gave them a shot. They were actually cheaper than what I was quoted at Walmart and even though they were busy I was in and out in less than an hour. Jeff and Sydney were great. They made sure I received the best deal possible and went above and beyond for me. Excellent customer service is something that you just have.. and Jeff and Sydney were awesome. I really appreciated how transparent they were throughout the process—they even showed me the wear on my old tires and explained why a replacement was necessary. Customer Service is exceptional! I walked in thinking we needed additional brake service and was advised no additional service was needed. Did not try to upsell! I appreciate their integrity and honesty! I strongly recommend this location for all your vehicle service needs.
