Excellent and friendly customer service was provided to me by Jon and the staff! Jon very politely welcomed me to the store and asked how they could be of help. When I told him I had purchased my tires from this store he immediately looked up my account and welcomed me by my name. He asked what my concerns were and said they would check things out for me. When a technician became available, he immediately checked out my tires and made sure all were at the correct inflation levels, showed no damage, and were still in good condition. Because I am a senior citizen, I really appreciate the politeness and customer service given to me. The reviews on their page made this place seem great. Spoke to them over the phone on 12/31/25 around 11am about 1 new tire. Was told they did not have the brand I was looking for but did have another brand in stock, even confirmed it would be done same day. I bring my car there at noon, as I work very close. They tell me due to new year's they will be closing at 4PM okay I will be back by then just call me. At 345 I walk that way because I have not heard from them. As I hit the stop sign in their parking lot it is 349pm and they are all walking out together and locking the front door. I say hello and I'm told sorry come by tomorrow. who does that?? Now I have to get a ride home and pick up my kids plus other things with no car. I uber back to my area nice $50 fee. Next day I call only to

Mavis Tire really took care of me! The staff was professional, quick, and made sure I understood everything before any work was done. The service was fast, the prices were fair, and they treated me with real respect. I left feeling confident and taken care of. Definitely recommending this location to anyone who needs quality tire or car service!

Extremely friendly staff, quick and efficient. Clean waiting area and a cute section for kids with toys and a little tv. Will definitely be returning! Tire rotation was also included for free when I got my oil done. Highly recommend
