I had an excellent experience with Mike and Ti. They are truly outstanding professionals. I came in on a Friday afternoon with an emergency, and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The service was extremely fast, efficient, and professional. I felt very well taken care of, and they went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. It’s rare to find such attentive and reliable service. I highly recommend Mike and Ti — amazing staff and exceptional customer service!

So I'm someone that dreads taking my cars/Jeeps in for service in fear that my vehicles won't be taken care of or in good hands .. Tant and Mike at Mavis Tire on Hamlin Groves Trl in Winter Garden definitely put me at ease. I was quoted approximately an hour for my service and it was exactly that.. They went over the service and the details and I felt like I made a good decision to come to this Mavis location.. Great employees always make for a good experience... Thanks again guys!!!! Mike was great and he took care of my issue. After a late Friday night they were willing to help me with my flat tire. It took 20 minutes to fix it. Excellent experience. A+ service.

Every time I have come to this place I have worked with either Tant or Mike. They are always extremely nice, super helpful and keeps me updated on when my vehicle will be completed. If, for some reason, there are any delays, they will let me know right away and work with me to figure out a plan. They make coming back so easy!

I would like to thank Luis at the Mavis Tire & Brakes in Hamlin for giving excellent Customer Service. What follows is just the facts, lol… I recently had a slow leak in my daughter’s tire and she set up an appointment at Pep Boys in Celebration. This was a big mistake since they don’t sell the same tires ( Continental ) and had a 3-4 day wait for an appointment. I told my daughter that I deal with Mavis Tire all the time in Lake Nona where I live. I reached out to Luis and he talked to me like I’ve known him forever and would help me with what I needed. He asked the tire make & size and said he could have one in an hour or so, he had 16 in stock. I called Pep Boys back, got the info and relayed it to Luis.
