Awesome service! Bryant helped me and he was amazing — super friendly, great attitude, and very helpful. He made the whole experience fast and easy. The oil change was quick and the service was excellent. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

Everything was done professionally and quickly untill they had the truck on the rack. Suddenly alignment, more expensive tires, had to get four tires and this salesman was doing the old HAVE TO HAVE salesman attitude. All garbage! Wanted one tire and one tire only. Finally he realized he was not going to upsale anything and out the one tire on. I hate salesmen who do this. If you use them, be careful! Don't get what you don't want or need!

I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Tires in Woburn! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Gabriel at the front desk—he was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service and a friendly team!

Slowest place I've ever been too I was the only car here it took them 25 mins to start working on my truck two gentlemen were working on it they got the tires off and another customer came in they then stopped working on my truck they left my tires in front of the balancer and decided they were going to work on the other car my tires sat in front of the machine for 20 mins waiting to be balanced after he started balancing them he kept on stopping to go talk to his buddy and watch what he was doing... 2 hours to have tires that I brought in mounted and balanced is insanity to me . There is nothing fast about this place . Staff is friendly but the slowest shop I've ever been too . I worked in a tire shop for over 6 years and this long for a mount and balance is unheard of

Excellent service. I went in for a tire change and Bryant helped me. He was very friendly, professional, and fast. He explained everything clearly and did a great job. Great customer service and fair prices. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
