Ben checked me in. Justin changed my oil. I was a walk-in. The whole process took less than a half hour. I asked them to check my tire pressure and Justin filled them accordingly. They were both very friendly as well as the other counter person. The waiting area was comfortable and had USB ports. Total price was 99.40. I've been to Mavis in other states and not been disappointed. In hindsight I had to reduce my rating. I specifically asked them to check the tire pressure. They did not. I started filling my tires at their free pump after the oil change. The tech did come out and help, but they didn't fill them to the recommended pressure, just an around-that pressure. Plus, I assume they'll check my brakes in their "inspection", but my bill specifically states something like 'customer decl

Quick last minutes appointments for an oil change and a week later for tire repair. They are friendly and took time to explain services, fair pricing. Definitely grave them in contact list!

I want to give a massive shout-out to Mavis in Yulee for outstanding customer service. I came in needing a flat repaired, not sure if it needed to be replaced. I had been to 2 different competitor locations who really only wanted to sell me a warranty on cheap and overpricred tires. My tires are low mileage and Mavis advised I replace one. I told them I needed the most affordable option as I am just passing through on a trip and will address it when I get home with my mechanic. They checked it out and we decided 1 tire was all that was needed. Huge shout-out to Nina at the counter and Nathan Rhodes who actually put the tire on. Thank you guys for giving me great service during a bad situation and actually finding me a solution versus selling me something I dont need or want.

I have had the pleasure of working with Nina and Ben on a few different fronts over the last few months. 2 of which were more emergent than the others. Within both situations, one being for my personal vehicle and the other being for a coworker who blew a tire on his way to work, their customer service and competitive pricing knocks it out of the park for me! I had just purchased a new vehicle and needed an inspection, oil change, and a new set of tires. They were not just fast with the service, but also thorough, and honest regarding what did and didn't need to be done on my new vehicle. They definitely show passion for their work at this location and are honest, which is difficult to come by nowadays! I recommend them to anyone for routine maintenance, opinions, or in a pinch. My husband and I were next door eating and I had a hard time closing the driver's door so we just went next door to Mavis Tire. We told Gabe about the problem and he quickly saw what the problem was with the door hinge. He sprayed the hinge with wd40 and it worked perfectly ❗️No charge ❗️He was so kind and friendly to us old people.Thank you Gabe❗️
