I bought my 2025 BMW S1000RR back on March 2025 from MAX BMW and thus far, this machine has been an absolutely blast ! I communicated and completed the transaction with the salesman by the name of Ray Pacheco. Hands down one of the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. Ray was responsive, friendly, answered all my questions and made the transaction as smooth as possible. I also completed the first 600 mile service at their service shop, and that also went well. To date, the S1000RR is running superb !!! I highly recommend dealing with Max BMW. Thanks Ray !!!

Recently picked up a 2025 BMW S1000RR, and I can confidently say this bike is an absolute beast in the best possible way. The performance is jaw dropping. But just as impressive as the bike was my experience at MAX BMW Motorcycles. From the moment I texted Zac in sales, he was experienced, professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy my needs. Zac went above and beyond, answered every question, and made the entire process smooth and pressure free. To top it off, all this was done remotely! Zac and his team delivered my bike in NJ in the time frame that was agreed on… and driver kept me posted of the delivery! This is definitely my go to shop from now on! I can’t recommend MAX BMW and Zac and his team highly enough! Safe riding 🤙🏼

Genuinely one of the best vehicle buying experiences I’ve ever had. Buying my first bike was a daunting experience, but Kyle Scheidel walked me through every step of the process. Kyle was at the South Windsor location when we started this process, and moved to the New Milford midway through. At no point would you have been able to tell he was in the middle of changing locations. Kyle was always there to answer my questions and really made me feel like I was fully informed on all of my options. He was so excellent to work with and incredibly personable through the entire experience. I’m sure he could have sold me on anything when I started, but it was clear that he had a vested interest in getting me on the right bike for my skill and use, and was excited to see me start my journey in the r

A shout out to Max BMW. Not only have they treated me like I was the most important person in the room since I first started business with them in 2016, but they continue to do so. Just had an extensive rebuild on my K1 and they worked with me in every way I asked to make the situation work out for me. And you couldn’t tell anyone had worked on the bike when I got it back. She was perfect. My salesman, Kyle, never lets me down. Nor do Max, Ben, Leon, Perry, Joe, or the rest of the team. They pick my bikes up in my driveway and then drop them back off. That service alone is nearly priceless. Felt the need to rant, in a good way. I simply cannot buy a bike anywhere else!
