Do not ever go to this place for anything especially an inspection. We bought a car went there for an inspection and they purposely messed up a piece just to convince us to buy a $400 piece that would eventually cost $600 for them to install. Before we went in to Max motors our car sounded fine with no messages on the dashboard and then when we left Max motors all of a sudden we have a bunch of messages on our dashboard and now are exhaust is really loud The exact piece they said that we needed to replace!! I am in the market for two new vehicles and I have reached out to Max dealerships but I'm having a problem with a lien release from a dealership you bought years ago and I can't get anybody to bother to call me back. I even filled out of Missouri lien release form and send it over and heard nothing. Why would I buy from somebody who can't even help me out? I'm to the point where I'm ready to send a formal complaint to the State Attorney General office to resolve

I have had nothing but problems from this dealership. I have purchased 2 cars from them. I bought a brand new jeep compass from them in 2022 and a month later hose broke and I needed a new engine took them 4 months to replace it. In 2024 I had same problem and had it towed. I told them do not leave my car outside or it would freeze up and they did and it did freeze up. They had to put a new engine in. Took them 6 months to fix. I was told repeatedly that they would give me loaner but never happened. They kept ordering wrong part. They never take responsibility for their errors.
