Extremely Disappointed – Poor Workmanship and Worse Customer Service I took my Honda Civic in for a bumper repair and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto body shop. I informed them ahead of time that the car had been wrecked in the same spot before. We scheduled a drop-off date and I delivered the car on time, expecting the work to take a week as promised. Instead, the car sat untouched in their lot for that entire week. When I called for an update, I was treated like a nuisance, not a paying customer. I had to call three separate times just to get basic information, and each time I was met with the same dismissive attitude. The people are that run this place are so nice they make me suspicious. In my experience the towing/collision industry is prone to abuse, since the 'customers' are typically not there by choice. But the people here were so kind and patient with all my questions, and when my jack was sinking into the 100F gravel lot (I was trying to put on a spare) they came out to help without me even asking. The lovely lady at the front desk even explained to me, she likes her job because she can be there for people on their worst day. I just can't even with these people. Must be a long con.
