My wife took our SUV there for 4 tires and an alignment. They are supposed to be a first come-first serve business. They kept pulling our SUV off the rack to do tire repairs. It took 3 hours to just to replace 4 tires. The manager talked down to my wife, and treated her like garbage. 3 days later, we found out that the rear brakes were totally shot, and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. And Maxi-Lube never said a word. Spent $1400 to be treated like the enemy. I tried calling to talk to the manager. The lady answering the phone was hesitant before transferring my cqll. Then the manager never answered the phone, even though I let it ring for some time before hanging up. If you want to be treated like an imbecile, then stop and be treated like garbage!
