Went in for an alignment. They found an adjustment bolt not even tight but thankfully seized in place, allowing the tire to wear more than normal. Got it free’d, then double checked ALL other adjustable components for proper movement and then did a proper alignment. They were very friendly, explained everything in terms that were easy to understand and I was extremely satisfied.

I take my 2017 Ram 2500 to John and Gary. In the past I took my truck to the dealership for all my needs while under warranty.
