Nello did my colored 996 turbo belts all over the phone and through the mail around 1/24. Not a great communicator, left me on read a bunch to the point where I thought my car wouldn’t have seatbelts anymore. Finally got them back, but when installing, I quickly realized the rear belts have the buckles resting unevenly. Nello was no help at all with this issue, blatantly ignored me. Thanks but just want to be very honest, messing with peoples cars, a very specific/touchy thing. Something like this should not fly. I spent a lot of money with them. To add insult to injury now the front passenger winder constantly jams up. Poor experience.

It's not everyday you come across a business that checks all the boxes for a customer and even more than that. I contacted the company with some questions about an old product completely expecting to be ignored since what I needed wasn't going to make for a good customer but the owner Nello was very nice, answered my questions, we setup a meeting next day and he completely hooked me up with what I needed and even more for my Boxster. On top of that it was an enjoyable experience, great car conversation, Nello is super knowledgeable and a great human being! I left the place very satisfied, feeling good like I left a friend's place not a shop.
