One of the most careless experiences I’ve had with a mechanic shop. After they worked on my car for replacing both parking brake cables, I found THREE long scratch marks on my front windshield window tint that were absolutely not there before they touched it. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to pay for the damage or make it right. Says Mr. Adil THE MANAGER which asked me to my face while discussing the issue verbatim said and i quote. “What can we do to make it right?” I replied “To replacement my window tint from damage you caused.” Mr. Adil then replies back in his words “I’m not doing that.” Then proceeds to walk away while just disregarding what his workers messed up. READ BEFORE TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO GET AN ALIGNMENT This shop lacks the technical knowledge to properly align modified vehicles and will still take your money anyway. I brought my lowered Mustang with Pedders coilovers and front camber plates about an hour before closing only to get a quote. I clearly explained to Odell (the manager, though he initially claimed to be just a tech) that other shops had struggled adjusting camber due to the car being lowered. Without even opening the hood to inspect the suspension, he assured me they could adjust the camber with no problem and pushed me to do the alignment immediately. The experience was very much so excellent. I brought my car in. They told me what was going on with it and they got me right together. I will be coming back for them to service my vehicles moving forward. They have a great customer service. Their workers are on point. They know exactly what they’re talking about with each and every vehicle that they service I will give them a 10 out of 10 for a topknot service customer service and quality over anything because my vehicle drives better than it did before I took it. It feels good. It rides smooth. And I will definitely be back thank you !!!
