Mayhus used to be a reputable place to take your car, but something has clearly changed—for the worse. I'm genuinely disappointed in the direction this shop has taken. My significant other recently needed a new engine, and what unfolded from there was a series of frustrating and avoidable missteps. During the first visit, we were told the check engine light remained on due to an aftermarket intake. We politely asked them to reinstall the original intake that was already with the vehicle. Instead, without consulting us, they decided to install a mass air flow sensor—something we had previously tried and knew wouldn’t work. Very nice people, but the owners son with the dark beard will totally destroy your car& then complain about how hard his job is. I took my car there for 3 years, almost everything needed to be taken back & done again ( double labor charges). He replaced my fuel pump, had the covers so bent up then tried to use a ton of sealant to hold it in place, the gas fumes were disorienting. I had a massive stroke, and took my care elsewhere after a month in the hospital & another month in rehab.They photographed all the damage, and asked me who did this? I will never go back, everything he has done had to be fixed, there were wires just hanging from my alternator replacement. It’s a freaking bad place

Went 2 school with owner. Very nice ppl & very friendly & thorough when ot comes time for ur vehicles. Not out ragously prices. I just got breaks rotors oil change & inspection. Was done b4 I got off of work @ 1 pm.

One of the best garages in the area. We were traveling back home to see family and noticed an oil leak on the last day. They said to bring it down and luckily it was an easy fix and they even showed us the issue so we knew what happened. We've used them in the past, but this situation makes me very grateful to have them.

They went way beyond expectations, helping me get tires mounted for my lawn tractor. They didn't fit any of their automated equipment, so they had to do it the old-fashioned way. Very helpful.
